Squad leads: do you run lighter ESP than your riflemen?
When I SL I keep enemy ESP minimal, mostly directional hints and FOB/HAB awareness for the logi squad. My riflemen run fuller contact info and filter up.
The role guide compares SL to air traffic control: you need the picture, not every blip. Rally status and nearest enemy FOB markers matter more than individual player boxes.

Delegate contact calls. SL should be on marks, spawns, and vehicle requests.
