Supply cost on HAB, still confused after tutorial

Each spawn burns supplies from the FOB radio. Beginner guide says watch the counter, when low, logi run before you wipe on a dry hab.

Ammo crate at hab helps riflemen but does not replace supply income from logi trucks or helis.
