What does “soft aim” mean for Squad ballistics?
Squad recoil and suppression are brutal at range. The guide describes soft aim as assist that pulls toward center mass within a FOV cone, not instant snaps across the map.
It also notes drop and lead still matter past certain ranges, especially for DMR and MG roles. That is why some players pair soft aim with range ESP instead of cranking strength.
