Squad vehicles, logistics, and combined arms
Logi trucks, HABs, armor, and helos in Squad, how combined arms and vehicle awareness win 50v50 tickets.
Infantry caps flags, but logistics and vehicles decide how long you hold them. Offworld’s Squad models supply runs, armor duels, helicopter inserts, and ticket bleed on the same 50v50 battlefield. Easy Anti-Cheat or not, the team that keeps FOBs fed and BTRs supported usually wins. This guide covers logi basics, crew roles, and where vehicle-focused ESP or radar actually helps.
New players should read roles, rallies, and FOBs first. Crew presets tie to ESP awareness by role.
Logistics loop
SL requests a FOB; logi driver spawns truck at main, loads supplies at ammo depot, drives via main supply route (MSR), unloads at radio, SL builds HAB. Repeat while defenders hold. Ambushes on bridges and treelines delete twenty tickets of momentum. Logi is boring until your team has no spawn and the cap collapses.
- Use map to ping MSR hazards for other drivers.
- Reverse into HAB sites, exit fast if contact.
- Repair stations at main refresh damaged trucks.
- Helo logi on supported layers cuts travel time with rotor risk.
Armor and IFV fundamentals
Crewman kit splits driver and gunner. Tanks trade with other armor and punish open infantry, until LAT flanks. IFVs like BTR support caps with autocannon and transport. Never solo-push urban caps in armor without infantry clearing AT on roofs. Combined arms means voice coordination, not lone wolf road kills.
| Asset | Strength | Common failure |
|---|---|---|
| Logi truck | FOB sustain | Solo drive without MSR intel |
| IFV / APC | Cap support, transport | Pushing into AT nest alone |
| Tank | Long-range dominance | No infantry screen on flanks |
| Helo | Fast insert / logi | AA emplacements and MANPAD lanes |
Awareness tools for drivers and gunners
Radar-style overlays help drivers watch bridge approaches while navigating. Gunners benefit from ESP highlighting infantry with launchers within turret sweep. Turn down infantry ESP beyond 200 m, you need AT near the hull, not snipers on unrelated hills. Aimbot, ESP, radar in matches compares modules by situation.
Map-specific vehicle lanes
Yehorivka favors long armor flanks; Al Basrah chokes trucks in urban grids; Gorodok mixes open hills and forest ambushes. Layer knowledge beats any overlay, see Yehorivka, Gorodok, Al Basrah tactics for cap-by-cap habits.
Discuss MSR callouts per layer on the forum and verify vehicle damage changes after patch notes.
